Our Policies

Booking Policy

We are happy to reserve an appointment on a day and time that is convenient for you. Guests are asked to reserve with a credit card or gift card at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

While we understand that plans can change, the services and treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required on spa packages and a 24-hour notice is required on single spa services and hair services to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-show or missed appointments will be charged 100% of service.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our prices nor are they expected. If you enjoy your service or treatment, please recommend our salon/spa to friends and family.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online through our website or in our salon. Once purchased gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance can be redeemed on your next visit.

 

Cell Phones

We respectfully request that all salon and spa clients refrain from using their cell phones during their services. We also request that phones are turned off or silenced once in the salon/spa.

 

Children

Hair services are available to children 1 and older. Nail and spa services are only available to those over 14 yrs. To ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, children are not allowed in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. Minors may have treatments but must be accompanied by a parent or have a signed release.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and personal checks with proper ID.

COVID-19 Protocols

June 2021 Update

We are open with normal business hours and offering our full menu of services. Unvaccinated guests and service providers will be asked to wear a mask upon entry and during their services. Please if you are feeling sick or have tested positive for COVID we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. We continue to follow our required safety and sanitation protocols according to our State Board Regulations. If you have questions or concerns, please let us know!

 

Sanitation and Disinfection

Our client’s safety is our greatest concern. All implements used during services are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using an EPA-registered disinfectant according to state board regulations. Materials that cannot be disinfected are disposed of and new materials are used on each client. All surfaces are fully cleaned and disinfected as well. Our cleaning and disinfecting records are available upon request so you can be confident that you are receiving services in a clean and safe environment.

Salon & Spa FAQs

What should I consider before I plan my Salon or Spa visit?

We recommend scheduling your Salon or Spa visit a minimum of 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability of services. At the time of booking appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate.

How should I prepare for my Spa day?

Please dress comfortably and plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled spa package or service to get checked in and prepare for your treatment(s). Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time. Lockers, robes, spa shoes and towels will be provided. Please leave jewelry and valuables at home.

I’m having my hair done for a special day, what do I need to remember?

For a special style such as a wedding or prom, please wear a shirt that buttons down the front to facilitate changing. Do not wash your hair on the day of the appointment unless specifically directed to do so by your stylist. The last time to wash your hair is preferably the day before your service. Bring any accessories you would like to add with you (veil, tiara, hair pieces).

How should I prepare for a waxing service?

Do not sun tan or use any exfoliating scrubs 24-hours before or after the procedure and make sure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long. Also, please inform your therapist or stylist of any medications you are using such as acne or anti-wrinkle creams.

Do I need to bring anything for my pedicure?

We ask that you wear or bring thongs when you come in for your pedicure.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for my massage?

No, please undress to your comfort level. During all treatments, your body will be fully draped except for the areas being worked on.

Can I request a female therapist?

Yes. Your appointment will be made with your preference. You may also request a therapist of your choice.
