All prices listed are starting at; each service provider at Headlines Salon & Spa works within a level system. This system serves two purposes: to offer a career growth path for our team and to provide clients with options based on their needs and budget. Level promotions are earned based on the demand for a provider's time. Our team undergoes continuous, in-depth training from the moment they are hired and throughout their careers. Additional charge for long or thick hair when extra time and/or product is needed.

Our Associates are recent graduates in cosmetology or esthetics who are enrolled in our comprehensive, hands-on training program—often described as the equivalent of a “master’s degree” in our industry. This program focuses on advancing technical excellence, guest experience, and business-building skills. Each Associate works one-on-one with one of our incredible Educators, receiving personalized coaching and mentorship designed to accelerate their professional growth. This collaboration provides our stylists and estheticians with a strong foundation for a successful, long-term career. Guests can experience the exceptional quality of our Associates’ work by booking an appointment during their Opportunity Shift, offered at a special discounted rate.
